本文综述了国内外研究现状，着重研究细晶氧化铝的制备和流延工艺参数的控制，以及细晶95al2o3瓷的制备，研究al2o3原料（包括种类和粒度）、掺杂改性剂、流延浆料、有机配方等对95al2o3瓷基片性能的影响，获得最佳流延配方，流延基片综合性能良好，成功制备了细晶氧化铝瓷基板。
